Passion for the land and tradition

Grandfather Attilio founded our wine-producing business during the Second World War and today, his son Luigi continues to care for and keep this tradition alive. We produce DOC wines, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and, to complete the range, grappa.

Our vines and olive trees extend over an area of more than five hectares within the Bardolino classic zone. We grow the typical grape varieties for the area, namely Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Garganega – all cared for with dedication and passion. In our winery, we make the grapes into wine inside temperature-controlled glazed cement vats and or in stainless-steel tanks.

We also directly manage the cultivation of our olive trees – typical varietals of this area as well, such as Casaliva, an indigenous Lake Garda variety, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino.

During harvest time, the olives are taken when they are still really fresh to the local cooperative mill every day. Our olives are cold pressed separately and this produces our low acidity, light and fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Bubbles

The experience will start with a guided tour in our vineyard. You will have a taste of our 2 sparkling wines: a white and a rosè, accompanied with bread sticks. To conclude, you will have a tasteof our extra-virgin olive oil.

The Stills

The experience will start with a guided tour in our vineyard. You will have a taste of our 4 still wines: a white, a rosè and 2 reds, accompanied with local cuts and cheeses. To conclude, you will have a tasteof our extra-virgin olive oil.

La Rocca

The experience will start with a guided tour in our vineyard. You will have a taste of all 6 wineswe produce, accompanied withlocal cuts, cheeses and our extra-virgin olive oil. To conclude, you will have a sliceof "sbrisolona" cake, together withour Grappa.

Frizzante Bianco

Wine obtained with a soft pressing of Garganega grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature and subsequent foam taking in autoclave with Charmat method for a short period.
Fresh and easy to drink, every moment is the right one!

"Regina Adelaide"

Made from Garganega and Malvasia grapes, this delicate white wine
with an intense perfume is ideal for accompanying fish from Lake Garda.

Chiaretto di Bardolino Spumante Brut DOC

A light pressing of the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes and a slow fermentation using the Charmat method. This is how we make this sparkling wine with a bright rosy colour and delicate floral notes. Ideal as an aperitif, it is a wine that can be drunk throughout the meal. Our suggestion? Try it with a dish based on fish from the lake or sea.

Chiaretto di Bardolino Classico DOC

This is a rosé wine made from selected Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes created with a minimum of maceration of the skins. It has a brilliant rosy pink colour, delicate perfume and an engaging taste. Easily digestible, it is ideal for all of the meal but is particularly suited to seafood salads, Italian hors d’oeuvres, vegetable risottos, grilled fish, white meat and pizza. It is excellent as an aperitif.

Bardolino Classico DOC

Just like the Chiaretto, our Bardolino is obtained from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes but the wine-making process is carried out using the traditional method of fermentation on the red grape skins. It is a classic ruby red wine with a delicate perfume of cherries and a dry, velvety taste. It goes well with Italian hors d‘oeuvres, soups and broths, light white and red meat and cheese which is not matured.

Rosso Veronese IGT

This red wine is obtained from Corvina, Merlot and Cabernet grape varieties. Grapes are harvested after a short overmaturation period (8-10 days). Soft pressing, then fermentation at controlled temperature and preservation in thermoconditioned inox tanks.
Fruity wine with a complex structure and very rich color. Soft, full-bodied and armonic taste. Can be aged for 3-4 years. Store in a fresh, dry and dark place. This wine is perfect with tasty first courses (especially pasta), meat and cheese.


Produced from our own grape marc personally selected by us. Excellent to finish a lunch or dinner and also to “correct” a coffee by adding it to an espresso.

Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

Extracted from the Casaliva, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino varieties of locally grown olives, this olive oil is fruity, light and has a low acidity. Try it on pasta, bruschette, grilled and raw meat and with vegetables and fish. To appreciate its characteristics, try it on a piece of bread.

Our products can be tasted and purchased directly on the farm.
