Old barn
During the refurbishment of the old barn, we created a new, spacious first-floor apartment featuring exposed beams and a luxury décor. The Old Barn apartment is just 150 metres from the Farmhouse and pool, along a short path through our vineyard. Just below it is the La Rocca eatery, an independently run restaurant. It has a relaxed, cosy atmosphere, designed to work in harmony with our holiday accommodation and not cause a disturbance to our guests. Our Eatery is very convenient if you’d like to enjoy some lunch or dinner - you’ll find it on the lower floor of the Old Barn. It is open Tuesday to Sunday for lunches and dinners, offering a relaxed, informal ambiance that's in keeping with our rooms while not disturbing our guests.

Apartment
The apartment has air conditioning and offers a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, a king-sized double bed, two single beds, en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hair-dryer and large covered terrace complete with table and chairs. A cot is also available on request.

Useful information
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 2.30 pm until 6 pm, except by arrangement.
Check-out: before 10.30 am on the day of departure, except by arrangement.
Pets
We are sorry but we can only accommodate pets as guests in the Barn and not in the Main house rooms.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the price, however daily cleaning is not.
Guests and relatives
Friends and relatives are very welcome to visit you during your stay. We just ask that you let us know beforehand. But in all cases, unregistered guests or anyone without an identity document is not permitted in rooms or communal areas on the property.
Pool
The olive-tree lined pool is available for guests to enjoy in the Main house garden. Open every day in season from 10 am until 7 pm - just for guests.
Security
We are not responsible for any personal items left unattended in rooms or in communal areas. Please remember that we also request that items and furniture are not broken or removed from the building. If this does happen, we are required to report it to the local law enforcement authorities.
